Tofu Tasty is of course a brand that is inspired by the title of my second book. I am passionate about sharing interesting Asian ingredients that I love, and bringing it to the masses. Taking the fear out of using the many cupboard staples that have sustained millions of Asian kitchens for thousands of years.
The Tofu Tasty brand re-imagines the ancient Asian staple ingredient TOFU for a modern audience looking for nutritious, satisfying and natural ways to eat well, with more plant-based meals and less meat.
Our first range of tofu products will be a selection of dried tofu; a delicacy in China, Japan and Korea.
Tofu Tasty ingredients create exciting protein-rich centre-plates for vegetarian meals that are satisfying and all-natural.
Our tofu range is made from pure ingredients with minimal processing and is a key building block for a nutritious plant-based meal.
